Do your cars have full passenger insurance?
Yes as per hackney cab and private hire national regulations, we are a licensed operator and have regular documentation checks and have full passenger insurance.

Are your drivers police checked?
Yes all our vehicles are driven by Police and DVLA checked drivers.

Can you cater for parties of 8 or more?
Yes we are able to take bookings for any amount of passengers, including large coach groups. Prices on request!

Do you offer discount for internet bookings?
Yes if you book through the internet, we are currently offering a 5% discount on fares.

How many days notice do you need for such bookings?
7 Days minimum notice is required for internet bookings. But this is often considerably shorter, of course, for normal phone bookings.

How do you confirm bookings?
Once we have received your internet booking form we will send you a preliminary email confirmation notice.

How can I pay?
Cheque or cash service only.

Do you service major UK airports?
Yes we offer secure connections to all major airports: Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Heathrow, Manchester, Luton, Gatwick, Stanstead.

Do we need to allow for airport check in time?
Yes we will send details of your minimum check in time upon confirmation of booking.

What about daytrips for tourists?
Yes we can provide flexible transport options to suit your needs. Because of the vast number of local & national attractions we will quote each trip and tailor it to meet your requirements.

Do you operate a range of vehicles?
Yes we run a modern range of vehicles, from saloons to coaches. 

Do you provide a wheelchair friendly service?
Yes, we have wheelchair friendly vehicles available on request. This can be done by selecting the Wheelchair Friendly vehicle option on the quote request form, or stating this requirement when booking over the phone.
