Outward journeys are timed
to arrive at the airport 2 hours before flight time. (3 hours
for the U.S and long Haul flights).

Incoming journeys: Our
driver will meet you in the arrivals hall after you have cleared
customs. Usually 30 minutes after scheduled landing time.

|
Flight delays: Accurate
flight information is not available until after your flight
has left the resort. Our driver will make every effort to
check your arrival time with the flight information office.
Occasionally, despite these efforts there is an unforeseen
delay which involves our driver waiting over 1 hour from the
estimated arrival time. In excess of 1 hour, charged at £15
per hour (maximum of 5 hours) payable direct to the driver.
This charge is to cover all airport charges and driver waiting
time wages.

Confirmation of taxi
booking will only be given upon satisfactory proof of identity.
